I am just starting my journey to who I want to be, I have my app next week, and I am getting all of my records together. I am getting everything I can get my hands on the first time, so the insurance can not deny for lack of info on me. I have spent the past two years making the decision to do this now it is going to hard having patience for the process. I have tried for so long to do it on own telling myself I am not that weak I can do this, but I have come to understand that it is not a weakness to ask for help. I am looking at this as help not a cure, I have been over weight most of life, and I can’t expect my body to change if I don’t change my lifestyle and choices.
