I have independent health and submitted my app on august the 13th was called in september for the seminar for oct. 4th and was scheduled then for november 5th for initial appointment with N.P, NUT. and Physical therapy . and scheduled for psych. eval .on november the 2nd does that mean that i am approved already . and after the initial visit i will be scheduled for second appt. while at the seminar one of the receptionist told me it would probably be 3 months from the seminar that my surgery will be scheduled. and from my understanding the doc only puts you on a 2 or 3 week south beach diet just to see if you can lose weight no certain amount so i'm hoping for early february if all is true.

From what you posted, im gonna presume that is what the insurance company has asked for. All the things your going through now. I know Ashely went through everything and had a date set along with going through the liquid diet phase before she got final approval.

Yes that is my insurance independent health. i sure hope so because i am ready to get this over with as soon as possible . i've been ready for this like forever , i wa just procrasinating on turning in my application.
