Apologies for my absence - I've been working a lot recently and just enjoying some new found energy and enthusiasm for the slimmer me.

I don't have scales in the house so don't know how much weight I've lost since my last hospital visit (1/4/08) but my next visit is at the beginning of April so I'll be able to update my stats then. I know I've lost weight - size 14 jeans feel wonderful!

I haven't posted any before's before now - it was pretty hard for me to look at them in honesty but here goes (apologies for the before's but my DH has problems just pointing and clicking! LOL).

You can tell from the last pic just how much I'm enjoying life now and that's with me turning 53 on Sunday too! :

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
