This Anniversary in July We have a get togethere at Vitalady place and alot of Grads come from all over flying in to Washington State. This will be my 3rd year I meet with all kinds of Grads. If you ever have a chance to meet fellow grads and learn what they did it great. My starting weight 466.9 pounds I was Bypassed 80 CM. I now weigh 189 pounds as of yesturday. I do high protein, low Carbs & sugar program. I do Whey Proteins and tons of Vitamins. Any program you do you have to work at no matter what you do. I stay away from Milk of any kind, I also stay away from Pasta & Rice of any kind. Thank you Sherri
