Here are my before and after pics 450/245. I have gained about 40 pounds and at 285, and after a year of etting my head back to gether I am working to trying to lose that now. My Doctor told me that it is typical that people gain about 25% of their weight back. I do not want to be typical....I am on the road to lose again.

Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us.
Congratulations on your weight loss, you look wonderful in your after pic.
So long as you have your tool, I am sure you will be able to lose again.
One of the reasons many bypass patients regain after hitting their lowest, is because they get *used* to the tool, and get somewhat lax with the pouch rules and/or slack on exercise. Going back to the basics is the first step.
