I have gained about 40 pounds and at 285, and after a year of etting my head back to gether I am working to trying to lose that now. My Doctor told me that it is typical that people gain about 25% of their weight back. I do not want to be typical....I am on the road to lose again.

| Super Moderator  | Welcome to the board, thank you for joining us. Congratulations on your weight loss, you look wonderful in your after pic. So long as you have your tool, I am sure you will be able to lose again. One of the reasons many bypass patients regain after hitting their lowest, is because they get *used* to the tool, and get somewhat lax with the pouch rules and/or slack on exercise. Going back to the basics is the first step. (((((((HUGS))))))) May your journey go well.
