Havent been on much at all. Life has taken over and things are very busy. I still hop on from time to time but its amazing how life has changed for the better since surgery.
Here is a updated photo. Im only 3 pounds shy of my goal. Even though I think I may want to go down to 145. We shall see once and if I can get these last 3 pounds off.

Thanks Ladies. Oh God the hair Cristy. Ive been trying to grow it out. I swear it grows out east/west instead of down. I want it about sholder length. Maybe I will get there in about 5 years.
Walking 3 miles every day and working out at the YMCA is part of my new life. Its amazing how my priorities have changed. My family knows I gotta get my workouts in or Im grouchy.
