Clancy...about a year ago I remember talking to my sister...crying because I didnt feel like I was anyone..I felt like I had lost myself, like all I was was my kids Mom and Will's wife. Even 6 months ago I felt the same way, like I didnt know me anymore. Then these past few months I feel like I have found myself, like I am the "old" me...the me from years ago...Even my sister and Will comment on my attitude and my personality, Will says I sound like the girl he married almost 13 years ago and my sister says I am the Becky she remembers from my pre- children years. I finally feel like I am ME again, does that make sense? Kenya I do get people telling me they cant believe I use to be a big girl...get this even...I was at a BBQ this weekend and I was told by a 22 year old that if I wasnt married he'd like to take me out...lol...I was like dude I could be your mother...he said he didnt care cuz I didnt look like a MOM...lol |
