| Good and Bad News
Well 6 months has come and gone...seen my surgeon and nut yesterday. All labs are great except B-12 is high. Easy enough to fix! I have lost 77% of my body fat which is 3% over the average. Which I am very happy about.
They asked if I would be a speaker in my town (they do not do surgery here so I had to go to the next one over) at the next couple of seminar's coming up. I just giggled and said are you for read? ME?
Now the bad news.....the nut said if I do not start eating more that my organs will start to shrink and have majo. I need to increase my calories by 500 a day and my carbs by 90-100 grams. HUH?!?!?! I honestly do not know how to do this. I have always have been a very picky eater. Now what?
It was very difficult to focus today at work. I'm scared and nervous but not sure how to fix it. I hate food now more then ever.
Here is my 6 month post-op pic...and a picture of my son and I at his corrections graduation 07. Thought I'd show him since I've shown my daughter a couple of weeks ago DSC00919.jpg DSC01210.jpg

WOW you look FABULOUS!!! WooHoo!!!!!!!
And I think that 600 cals is way too low also. You need to try to figure something out, even if it's by doing more protein drinks and/or full fat versions as opposed to low fat or fat free stuff. It's a way to up calories without increasing the amount of food you're eating. Or maybe throw another snack in there somewhere. I hope you can figure something out that works for you - we don't want you getting sick!

Beautiful!!! Great job!!!
Yup, 1000-1200 is minum for maintenance for a woman.
Try upping it slowly by
1) adding one more item to your meal at a time
2) increase what you eat at a sitting by one small mouthful (remember, your mouth is now larger than your pouch, actually, so chew very very well.)
3) taking a light protein snack/small meal once or twice a day. ]
judijo does 1000-1200 kcals per day, so check out her posts and see what she's eating, too.

Try adding in some peanut butter crackers. Or crackers and cheese. That will up you carbs and calories plus add a little protein. BTW you look great!
