  Let's see were we are. I tried to post yesterday and couldn't. My one year was on 8/2. My one year weight loss is 104lbs. (328-224)My total loss from my heaviest is 140lbs. (364-224). I went from a 56 waist to a 38. A 21 neck to 16 1/2. Of course no more illnesses. I did take my sugar just to see were I was. It was 86. There are other things that is happening, health wise it is great, it is still taking some getting used to. Believe it or not last week I dumped for the first time in months. Everything is fine now.
