 |  4 Months Out Before and After Pictures
Hello everyone! I thought it was time I shared what I looked like before. I have been reluctant to post my pictures because I looked huge before! Then I realized, this is a support site and everybody here has probably felt that way at one time or another. My before picture is at my highest weight of 255.....keep in mind I'm only 5'3. My after picture is about 3 months out from my surgery. Thanks for all your support so far!

You look terrrific, you are doing a great job and keep up the great work. I think we all hated our before pictures, but it sure lets know where we were and I sure do not want to put it back on and I will do anything in my power to keep it off. I love life now and have so much energy and the things I can do now and I do not ever want to revert back to where I was a year ago. A few months ago I could not sleep and so I went and looked at my before pictures and it brought me to tears, I was thinking how in the world did I ever let myself get that way. Yes I hate looking at my old fat pictures but it keeps me in check when I look at what I was. These wonderful people made me feel better about myself and I need to move ahead and not look back, but always to look back at how big I was and to keep reminding me where I was, but this is me now and the new me. I also have to keep reminding myself who I am now and not who I was.
