Kim.........thank you, thank you, thank you.............I am 4 yrs out and scared to death about the weight gain.....I am up 8 lbs (but now my labs are better than when I was thinner) and feel like I am back to the 220 lb point (I know Im not) Im working to get it off, but its alot harder to come off now. I happy to see someone at your point and still doing well..........Have you struggled with a regain at all?
If so, what did you do to get thru it?
Again..........thank you.........I am more determined now and very inspired......
