Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | That dress was for singing in our Christmas concert at church. I am 5'5" and 3.5 yrs out from surgery. Had a baby 1 yr ago and haven't gotten back to my prepregnant weight of 185 yet. Have been back to the gym nearly daily since May, but have not lost a single pound since then. I can still wear this dress, though!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Oh! Shannon...is that frustrating?? I remember being 185...and then the 30# creeping up and sticking....it was soooo hard. Do you feel it is easier, harder, or the same to loose weight now that you've had WLS?? I wondered how it feels...I always wonder if your body gets "used" to you eating much less now that your tummy is smaller....and doesn't want to give up the extra weight. That is the main reason I'm goaling for 150...b/c if I gain 30# after the 2yrs...I'll be at 180.
