I can relate to your excitement over your waist size. I don't remember ever having a 30" waist like I do now (down about a foot and a half from this time last year), but I must have somewhere along the line for at least a day or two in the mid-'60s. It's amazing after we whittle away the unnecessary parts of us how little we have left, ain't it? Are you going to stop at 200 or wander on down to onederland? Let your body decide, it knows best!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
