Hi, I am one year post lap RNY, and I have lost 180 pounds so far. I feel good, although other unrelated illnesses seem to be cropping up and put a bit of a damper on my progress. I am going to therapy because I feel it is a vital part of this process. I hope to gain much knowledge from all tohse who have gone through this. Thank you for allowing me to join in.
