Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  ChuppyGirl 5 months post-op Pic Hello from the land of cold breeze Leeds Today is officially my 5th month anniversary. Haven't lost more than 1.6 pound from last month. I have been physically active so much since I arrived to leeds but at the same time I feel that I eat more than before. I walk daily more than 3 hours, steep dip walks, flat walks but I can't tell you how much I miss my treadmill and the swimming pool which unfortunately my Univ. don't have one!. However they have lovely GYM which is mixed but I think I can manage to workout with my head cover on! They have well scheduled classes of earobics, yoga, cardio's, firm&tone classes which I will probably fit some of them between my school classes. My total loss is 69lbs (~31kg), I'm OK with it. I know that my body will lose the weight on its right time. I actually feel that I grew more muscles now especially at the thigh area because of the heavy duty walking  Ladies and gentle men, here is the presistent post graduate student in her 5th month post-op  This is the front yard infront of the flat complex I live in, and the white building behind me is the University how cool is that hehehhee that building is the Chemistry school I think. The Earth sciences school is like 5 minutes walk from this white building

I live in peace with it, I have the WL tagret back in my mind I'm presistently doing everything right. I eat right (trying but it's very hard with all the ice cream and pastries attraction in Leeds hehehe, everytime I crave these yummi food I remember the dumping feeling yiykes that's the last thing I wanna have!) I move right I love the fact that I don't have car here so I have to walk there is noother way! Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  What 3 months difference can make??? hehehhe I remember when I was 2 months out I was so happy with the amount of weight I had lost. Looking back at my monthly pictures, I couldn't stop comparing myself with the old shots and hey girls look at this hehehheheheh I'm absolutely smaller, but OMG my hips still need a lot of work!!
