 |  Almost to goal in just a year!!
I had my surgery 1/7/08 and weighed 270 lbs...I remember saying...If I could get to 150 I would be happy....or if I get to a size 12 I will be happy. Today I am 129lbs and a size 2!!!! 4 more lbs and I am at goal.It has been like taking a magic pill. I never thought I would be at the point that I would be concerned about losing to much weight but I am! It just keeps dropping off. Here are some pics of my journey...I feel younger, healthier and full of energy...for the first time in my life I can say I am content and that is all I ever wanted. Keep up the good work all!

Thanks so much.....my diabetes is gone...my cholesterol is normal...after years of high cholesterol and two coronary stents placed my cholesterol is normal...I might be sticking around for a while and that was my true goal.

I did the same thing setting goals a little higher. I think I didn't want to be disappointed if I didn't get there. I swore I would be happy if only I could get to 175...then 150...now at 137 and I still feel the urge to try to hit 135 to just say that I did. We've both hit our year so it will be interesting to see what our bodies decide to do.
Great job and you look awesome!
