thankyou all, i dont know about you all, but before i would hide if i saw a camera if someone did get a pic of me and showed me i would cringe and always look at it and think yuk do i really look like that, and yes i did, but i didnt always think of myself like that its really strange isnt it how we see ourselves, and now i look at pics of me and dont recognise myself but they are much nicer, at the compound in saudi the shop has two huge glass sliding doors and i catch myself in the reflection still cant get my head round it but i am really happy now i smile a lot am out there more and join in more easily it really does change your life for the better fitter and more positive your never too old to do this are you!! cheers jeannie xx
