Thank you all so much, I can not believe it, I have never been at this weight in my adult life. Again my success is most definitely correlated with rr. The support is great and you guys have been a huge inspiration to me. I am thinking I will end up in the high 180's low 190's. Now I can not wait for the weather to break and I am going to be biking and running a lot.
