| Cub Reporter  |  Trashman @ 3 months post op Here is a picture of my little sweet heart. Her name is Katie. I call her Katie-bug. Here we are in Northeast Georgia Mountains at Burt's Pumkin Patch. This photo was take when I was 3 months out from surgery. On Friday I hit the 4 month mark and have lost 95 lbs. So yes ladies, I look even better now then I do in the photo.. I have some pics from this past weekend, but they are too large to post. When I figure out how to reduce them I'll post current photos. My wife has started buying more and more close. I have never bought a Polo Ralph Lauren shirt before. They never had my size. I still buy most of my close at Wal-mart since they are still considered disposable at this point. | Cub Reporter | I was at our support group meeting last night, When I mentioned that I drink a Yoo-Hoo everday after work, all those ladies about died. They all talk about how they count carbs and sugar fee this and surgar free that. I eat what ever I feel like. Thats the only way I make it. I wont sit and scarf a piece of cake, but if my wife is eatting some and I want a bite , I just do it. When you make yourself suffer, it will never work. I figured if I lost 95 lbs in 4 months and I am eatting what I know I can tolerate, then I'm OK. That pumkin patch we went to is awsome. We go every year. It is huge. They have soo many kinds and colors that they grow. White, green, red brown, yellow , gourds , small pumkins that fit in my daughters hand and pumkins so big it takes 4 men to pick up. Its nice to be able to walk around with my wife and daughter and not be out of breath like before. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Trashman, Im with you on the eating scene! I eat what I want for the most part. If I want cake, I have cake it, only a small piece but I have it. If I want cookies, I have cookies, only one or 2. I have found eating around things only makes you eat more. I believe you can have anything you want as long as you have it in moderation. That is the only way it's going to work. I found changing my eating habits has helped and I don't do sweets all day long but if I crave it, I have it so that I am not eating everything in the house trying to satisfy myself. You are doing wonderful and look great! Have a great Halloween. Keep up all the hard work.

| Guru In Training | Trashman.... you are a beauty to behold.... and your little one looks so happy with you at her side. I m like you I eat pretty much anything.. except steak.. which now after 3 months and 55 pounds I would kill for a steak... maybe a piece of one... popsickles are my new thing of choice, I hated them before.... tastes do change..
