I seem to have 1-2 week stalls now then I drop a few more and stall again. Things have definately slowed down.

I am so excited to see your comment about your heel spur pain. I've been battling that for more than a year and it's getting worse. The podiatrist gave me a nightmare scenerio of surgery, casts and the spur growing back, so now I just do exercises, but it hurts ALL the time. You have given me some hope that after my surgery, as the weight comes off, the pain should subside.

I still have minor pain but it does not bother my activities anymore. I only wear birkenstocks, my mom is the same way. I've tried and spent an endless amount of money on other shoes and these are the best. They take a while to break in, I do it going around the house and then your set. I can get up in the mornings barefoot now and speed down the steps without pain. Just a touch of tenderness there now. Hope yours gets better too, there is nothing worse than foot pain.
