yes I'm one of those who needs a snack between meals. My stomach does not grawl or anything, I just feel like I need something. I opt for fruit or nuts or cheese sticks. Although nuts are have fat my doc says its good fat and you don't eat much b/c they are so filling. He actually did not like me eating cheese b/c its soft and you can eat more of it and it has fat too. I go thru phases, right now I love to snack on watermelon, its very filling with all the fluid so it does not take much to satisfy me. Kiwi is great for me too.
