i am...2yrs 2 months out. i pretty much bounce 2 or 3 lbs in either direction. i eat 4 meals perday. somedays i snack more than others. i could probably use more structure in my meal planning. still not getting in all my fluids but working on it. during TOM i tend to gain 7 lbs but it always goes away a day or two in. my lowest post op weight was 138 today i weighed in at 154. trying to get up to 165...but ok with where i am. when i stick to the rules word for word i lose. sometimes i feel like its an uphill battel and my body is fighting to be smaller but I REFUSE to let it win

still wear the same size clothes which is weird. kids 14 (the capris) and kids xl tank top. i wear usually womens smalls or mediums depending on where i get them but u have always been cheap and if they have similar stuff in the kids dept im all for it! ...provided it fits
mentally, the journey continues. i find it odd that a friend refers to me ask tiny and says she is inspired to get healthy by me??? thats NUTS.to each his own LOL! i dont feel tiny

ever. i try to make good choices with food and dont feel guilty when i dont. i say, its NOWHERE near as much as pre-op. i sometimes get into compulsive behavior with candy. like i have to FINISH IT. there is no "few pieces". i was never a candy eater pre-op at all. i think it is the slow steady stream of sugar or something. havent quite figured it out but i try to stay away for the most part.
i am just getting into exercising. i didnt do it early out. but i enjoy it when i get up and do it so this year i am looking to do more. i enjoy walk away the pounds and the biggest loser cardio max. i was doing turbo jam for a while but that bouncy blonde chick put me in a bad mood...LOL!
kayla made A honor roll in her school.
clyde is still VERY attached to me. note in the pic he is literally right under me. thats how he is at all times.
