Default jj20030 1 year pictures, -154 pounds
just wanted to add my pictures to this forum, was 1 year before and after so far, goal originally set then for 225 by dec. 09, trying for oct. 22 thou for my birthday, before was june 16 08, and after june 11 09,,started at 426,, to 272,, -154lbs. 1 year later, now around 255, - 171 to date , the before pictures was what the clinic took that was to be used for my before pictures preparing for wls that never happened due to hurricane ike closing everything here for so long i decided to lose on my own. the 1st pictures i was wearing 3-4 xxxxl shirt and pants and an large-x-large in the after pictures. whats weird is i posted this at approx. 1:54 pm and thats what i lost in a year, woooo,,, if you notice i have a white collar around my neck, that is a treacheostmy in my neck as i had it put in in the hospital in 2001 as i was on life support and still have it for sleep apnea , which having this i dont have any problems sleeping anymore as it keeps my airways wide open! my doctor wants me to see about taking it out and patching it up as i lost so much weight it may be ok to lose it now but i want to wait till i lose another 50 pounds or so to make sure before i check on that.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
