Newbie here! Just discovered this site ... I'm 4 years post op ... amazing ... and have never regretted having gastric bypass .... a little miffed that I've gained 15 lbs, but am aware of it enough that I'm working on getting back down to 135!!!
Looking to both give and receive support to others - face to face groups aren't prevelent here in Sacramento, so on line is my next best option!
