Hi all,
I'm back from my first cuise and it was a blast! Learned some different results of dumping at sea (lol) I got off track a little bit with eating, but I'm back on board 100% now. DH and I went to a 70's party at a church on Nov 13th. That was so much fun! That's the first time I put on leggings in public in years.  |

Good news! The ladies in the middle picture are my sisters. The tall "blonde" one on the left is scheduled for gastric bypass surgery on Dec. 1st. She joined this site under "auntiecal", but can't remember her password. I tell her how supportive and helpful you guys are all the time.

Congrats GEE-Ma!! Now you and your sister can help each other. I know you had a blast on the cruise, and believe me, I understand about getting off track some. On a cruise, you just can't help yourself. My first cruise (waaaaayyyyyyy before WLS), I gained 10 pounds, LOL. My 2nd one was last November, and I gained 5. I can't wait to go on another one now -- looking and feeling better, and also being able to sit in the airplane seat without needing a seat belt extender!!  But back to you (LOL) congrats!! You've done excellent! Love the 70's outfits!!
