You're not dumb. Sometimes this technical stuff is tough to figure out. It seems like every web site has different ways of doing things. Sorry I can't help you, I don't post pics. Someone will be along soon:-)

A few things you can do on ANY board where you are still new, and checking out the layout, etc.
1) Check out the FAQ (frequently asked questions) They are usually set aside so you can find it easily if you know where to look, in the navigation bars at the top (as it is here), the top of the index, etc.
2) Take a good look at the index of the top page, that can tell you a lot about where what is. For instance, you'll notice a sub forum for Tech Questions if you look carefully.
3) Check out the index page of each forum and subforum. There ususally are a few threads "sticky"ed at the top of the index, so always check the titles and read the threads as needed, often, the rules for posting are written in these threads.
