| Yuppers! Thanks girls for all your very very sweet comments. It does make a guy feel good to hear it. I am past my gaol weight by 30 odd pounds. I am actually what they consider for my height to be a normal body weight. OMG! I NEVER THOUGHT THIS SOON THAT WOULD HAPPEN FOR ME. Size thirty jeans were, in the beginning, never a goal. With room to spare. I am very happy right now where I am at. HONEST. I had to increase my carbs. my surgeon roccommended, so I don't lose anymore because then I would be getting to that critical stage of being underweight. I am not there for the record, and don't want to get there either. SO, I AM TAKING HIS ADVICE. Just seems surreal to me right now. THANKS AGAIN, GIRLS. YOU ARE ALL SWEETIE PIES. mike |

You look perfect now....and I can understand why your doctor wants you to increase your carbs...to maintain your weight! I don't think I'll have that problem....but, it's great that there is something that can be done to slow your weight down! I find it absolutely amazing that you lost EVERYTHING in only 5months!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Love ya....and am soooo stinkin proud of you! GREAT WORK!!!!

| Exactly DEB That is correct. I never imagined ever getting to this weight. I imagined myself at my goal weight, which was 180#s. I never thought it possible to take off the extra weight. Also, I never expected it to come off so fast either. That is the surreal part for me. I guess now why people around me think I am starving myself. It just came off so fast. For the record, though, Deb , and to all the weightloss people on the site. I know how hard each and everyone of you are working to get to your goal weight. Some of the members have had a far greater time of the losing than I did. I am routing for each and everyone of you on here. YOU ARE ALL MY FRIENDS AND I LOVE YOU ALL VERY VERY MUCH. You all have helped me become what I am today, and that is something I will always cherish about this awesome site that I bumped into just a short time ago. GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND KEEP TRUCKIN. I intend on being here for whomever every step of the way. mike |
