| 3 months after tummy tuck.
Here are more pictures of me at 3 months after tummy tuck. No matter what I do, I am stuck between 210 and 215. But I am happy the way I am, and if it is in the cards for me to lose more then it will come, but not for now. I am starting to step up my excercise and hopefully it will work. I had so much muscle pain for a few months and finally is starting to let up. I have walked on the elipitcal and once I am on a few minutes, my stomach muscles start to tighten up and are tight for a few hours. I still have to put on my belt every once in a while becasue the muscles get so painful sometimes. But not near as much as a month ago. The one picture where I am holding my midrive, which is still quite swollen. Later on I am going to check out some excercise for that section to see if I can get it flatter.
I also had a great WOW the other night, just out of curosity I sat myself on the floor and wanted to see if I can get off the floor without any help with any furniture, only on my own power. I DID IT!!!!!!!!! It has been like forever that I can do it.
I cannot wait till this winter is over and starts to get nice and warm so that I can walk out on the road and work in my garden. I miss that so much. I am starting to plan out my garden and going to order my seeds soon for this summers garden.
I have not posted lately, but I have been on here keeping up with everyone. It has been so busy around here and I am on facebook alot also. I am into restraunt city game right now and is nice to keep up with family and friends on there. We are going to start to go ice fishing soon and I am looking forward to that. My friend from Jamestown is going to come down and spend a day and night with us in the fishhouse out at the lake and spend time here with us in our home. That is going to be so much fun.
I am around and I read posts just about everyday, I never left and this is my second home. What a wonderful and caring group of people you all are.

Hello my friend. I was wondering about you today. I am so happy to see you post again. You are looking great. You look so much younger and so happy. You look like you have lost more weight to me. I am doing well after my surgery. Most of the swelling is gone and I am so happy with it now. I have been seeing how bad the weather is up your way. I will be so happy to see spring again. That is my favorite time of year. I want to get out of this house and start walking again. The treadmill is just not much fun. lol
Don't stay away so long.. we miss you when you dont post.

It is SO good to see you post again Kitty! I hear you about this winter, wish it would whoosh over into spring time so I could do all the outside stuff I want to do. I have a small greenhouse that I want to start growing stuff in this year. Had to do some repairs to the panels this past summer and I still have a top panel that's just gone missing. Darn high Okla. winds anyway!
What I like the MOST about your new pics is that wonderful happy smile!!! You look so happy! What an incredible gift to have!! Plus of course you look wonderful girl!
