I Started at 355 pounds and now one year later i am only 3 pounds from my goal weight of 200 pounds. I had my surgery on July 06 2009 and weighed in at 322, it has been one exciting ride this past year. I sure do love to see people i haven't seen in a while, before i was always ashamed sorta because i was so heavy. I would tell anybody it is sure worth everything i went through to get to were i am now. I have found out that this surgery is not for everyone but if you are willing to exercise and stay away from some foods and all soft drinks it will change your life. first pic is at 355 pounds , second 251 pounds, and third one is 203 pounds (present time)
