Well here are my most recent pics at 172 pounds lighest ive been in i cant even remember!!! I like to see the before and after up on here cause i can actually sit there and be like WOW i can see the diffrence! Sometimes our minds just dont like to catch up so its good to see what an outsider is seeing!
