Thanks all!
Summer, the goal in my profile is what the dietician set for me. I never really had an end game b/c I couldn't imagine losing 50 lbs... Forget 181! I have said since I was 240 that I could be that size for the rest of my life and be perfectly happy. Every pound since then is a bonus as far as I am concerned. But... As I sit here now in my size medium PJ pants and size large comfy sleep shirt after wearing my kids size 14 suit jacket today, the possibilities seem endless. If I wanted to stop losing weight I really don't know how LOL! What I do know is that I have a lot of strength training to do, muscle atrophy has been BAD. A year ago my set weight on the leg sled was nearly 800lbs, last night I could barely put up 180lbs!! Work work work!
