Well well....

I know I haven't updated this post of mine for the last 2 months mainly because I was stalling in Leeds and my scale was on a roller coaster one day up and one day down!

I have been back home for almost a month and Guess what!!! I have lost another +10kg's which makes me lost in total of 50kg's!!
BTW it's my TOM so I'm sure I'm less than 224lbs because the inches are so saying so!! wait for a couple of days and check my weight ticker :P

So Today I thought of taking pictures of my 10 month anniversary and here is the 1st shot! That what I wore for work today. Very classical Grayish blue/Gold suite



and then when I looked closer at it I though hmmmm this suite is not showing the nifty details so you know what?! Let's try something else heheheh so here is the 2nd shot



BTW now I wear skirt size 18!!!! and shirt size 16!!!!!!!!!!! how cool is that!!!

I still think the panorama side by side comparison pictures worth 10000000 words!

Thanks LLM you got no idea your, Lisa's and Shelly's end results/pictures were and still are between my eyes and can't wait to cut the red ribbon and win this race against my chronic obesity!

You know when I first started this journey and especially on month 2 I was so keen to see the results very quickly and the idea of the WLS didn't really sink in my mind and thought that it's a magical device that allows you to eat what ever you want and still lose.. I was totally wrong and the rough time I had in Leeds made me realize and for certain that it's just a helping device if I miss use it then I won't drop weight if not gain weight!!

I'm sure that you know that but I'm saying this for the newbies, believe me when I say that the RNY surgery is just a beginning of a long tough journey, and can end up in a wonderful success if we use it properly! what helped me in this healthy trip is the mind programming I put myself into! it's a new healthy life style! the hi-protein, low fat/carb food is my favorite food. I cut the sugar to zero put more physical activity on my daily-weekly schedule. The whole secret is how to juggle these balls together and not to drop any of it, and Gosh this really works and it's really rewarding!

Thanks for inspiring and supporting me, I owe this board my life!
