Hey guys, it's been awhile since I have made it over here to RR, but I have never forgotten about you guys! Life has been crazy since I was last here, the new job is fantastic just extremely busy! The family is great and with all of this new found energy I am training again in BJJ, taking dance lessons and increased my community commitments... and for all of those reasons I have very little time for boards!!!! Here are updated before and after pics:

Summer! I miss you guys, I am going to make a point of being around more often... I have just gotten carried away with all of this energy... I need only about six hours of sleep now compared to 10 before, which one would think would give me MORE time... but like I said... I have to USE all this energy  I think down deep I didn't think this would actually happen... that I would lose all of the weight - I had a deep seeded fear that I would somehow screw it up, that it just wasn't meant to be. I guess I was wrong! So now, smaller than when I was 12 - I am trying to figure out my new body... it's bizarre! I never imagined that I would look this way... I've been six feet tall since I was 13 but never realized how long my arms and legs are, I am so lanky and bony! Inanimate objects hate me! I am so clumsy now, I just don't know where my body is in the universe! My solution is dance and jujitsu! I hope it works!

I see all these before and after pics, and people look so much younger! You look fantastic! I am pre surgery, and dance twice a week... I hope I get the chance to loose that much weight and see how it affects my dance skills! I love to dance! cheers and much luck in your future.
