Talking late surgiversary pic
Hey guys,
I took this photo on my surgiversary July 8th. It's taken me this long to add the pic to my comupter..I didn't reach my goal, but I am very proud of my accomplishments. My labs, bp, everything is great! Metabolic syndrome reversed, beginnings of heart failure reversed..I feel terrific. This was the BEST decision I've made in my life. My hair loss was pretty significant so I went ahead and cut it very low like a boy's cut..good thing I have a pretty face LOL! I've got another pending surgery sometime next month totally unrelated to gastric bypass and I'm really dreading it, but because of the weight loss, recovery time is expected to be shorter.
Oh well, that's life...and I'm glad to have it! Vernessa.jpg

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I wanna tell ya somthing. You might not have reached the ( weight ) goal just yet but look at all the other ones you blew into! This is why when people set there goal at a cetian time I say whoaa give your self a bit more just because they wont be disappointed. Honey you have nothing to be disappointed about. Just look at you. So full of life and energy and your LIVING! What a gift you give yourself. Blah on the date.......... it will happen and if you dont quite hit it so what. Your healthy now. If you feel good that is what matters. I have seen so many that had to raise there goal because the one they first set for them selfs was to low and the more they tried to hit it the more they felt bad. You have done a wonderful job so never look back just look forward and say I did it! Girl you look smoking hot and you know it smile every day and know you did this and you have yourself to show for it. Take care my friend!
