Peanut wanted some new skinny pics today, so I had her shoot one of me, too. She had surgery last March (2009) at 240 and is now 137, where she's been for a few months. We think she may be done. (The "before" shot was taken in June, 2008.)
My "before" was taken in September, 2006 during my first few weeks at work here. I had people tell me at church that I looked very "professorial" today (whatever that means!!) Maybe it was my new tie? 
Life-changing? In every way!! Downsides? None so far!!
Remember folks - it ain't braggin' if you can do it!!
