Here is a before and after picture. The first one was the night before surgery and the second one was tonight. I have lost 112 pounds in just under 9 months. I have 13 pounds to reach goal of 155 pounds this will put me at the top of the normal bni range but I will at least be at a normal BMI. I sometimes look at my pictures and feel like I look older and that bothers me but I feel so much better that is a good trade off. I hope after I reach goal and settle down I will not look as haggard as I feel like I look right now.
