I think I finally figured out how to post pictures. So are a couple showing the results so far. I am doing this today because I have reached a significant milestone. I have finally fallen below 200 lbs. It has been almost 30 years since I weighed in at that amount. I am very happy.

| Pluses and minuses to that
I have always been able to carry my weight well...as in I never looked as heavy as I really was. This helped me to not worry so much about it which wasn't helping. That 'after' pick was taken towards the end of last month (28th Jan) when I was weighing in at around 202 or so.
My goal weight is the lowest amount I have ever weighed as an adult. I was living as a male at that time and my friends told me I looked sick...too skinny. I have no idea what I should weigh now that I am female. I have lost a lot of muscle mass as well as fat so it is really a guessing game in my case.
