Wow look at you! I can definatly tell a difference in your face. You look happy. I hope everything continues to be great for you. I would love to talk to you about your journey before, during and after your WLS. Im currently waiting on my surgery date and sometimes I start to second guess my decission to do this. Yeah, my wife says I need to smile. I didn't want to take my first pic at 10:30 at night, but she insisted. She says I look like a thug in my first pic and I shouldn't post it online. Oh well- it was a bad pic.

Thanks though for the positive feedback. I feel alot better already, but when I look at the pics I don't think much has changed. I'll get there though!!

It's hard to see the difference in yourself cause you always see yourself, to others, who haven't seen you, the difference is very noticeable.

There is a definite difference!! well done!!! This is why pics are important. e often dont see the difference in the mirror, but in pics...you cant deny yourself the change and great job you are doing!
Keep it up!! You are doing great!
