Here are my before and after photos. I had the Gastric Bypass on January 2, 2007 at 279 pounds and got married October 2, 2010 at 150 pounds.
So pleased with the results and my fears of not keeping it off are subsiding as well. I have lost a total 129 pounds and have been a stable size 8 for the past two and ahalf years.
