So far so good, Sara!! Congratulations on making it to the start of the hardest part of the whole journey -
maintenance!! Now that you're not trying to lose, and you've been at it a year, you'll find that keeping it off is a whole 'nother story!! Different, more demanding, no major size changes, fewer compliments from others because there's no change to notice ... You'll still have WOWs, but they're gonna be a different kind.
You'll be less dependent on dumping and more on discipline. Following the rules is something you obviously know about already - there's no way you could have gotten to goal without doing that. Keep doing it.
If you're like many of us, maintaining the weight loss is something you may not have mastered before. Your tool will still help you, but now is when your skill in using it becomes much more important than the size of your pouch.

You've done well. Maintenance isn't going to change that. You'll still do well. Just do the same as you've been doing for a year, only a bit differently.
