Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
Weight Loss Method Physician Prescribed Diet/Exercise
When I lost weight the 1st time EVERYONE who knew me hassled me about being TOO THIN and "have you been sick or what?" even though my weight was right where it should be for someone 5'1. I would never have known I looked GOOD if not for the feedback of my now ex-husband and STRANGERS!!!
If YOU feel like you're too thin, AND you're HUNGRY all of the time--that's probably your body cluing you in "I need more fuel". Just make certain you eat high quality protein, veggies, fruits--and stay w/in your limits. Don't binge!
It would probably be good to wait a little while and see what happens w/the sagging skin you speak of. Some might firm up. If you are ABLE to have surgery and want to, I think that's GREAT.
It seems like you're doing wonderfully well. I admire your weight loss. I also understand the questions and wondering. It's hard to be confident about our weight/health when for so long it was very distorted/out of control. Keep up the good work Gal!!!
XOXO
