Hi all. I was just digging through my old laptop and found some pictures that I thought I'd share with you. I'm guessing these were taken around 2005/2006. It's so easy to be hard on yourself for regaining a pound or two... but it's pictures like these that help me keep things in perspective and allow myself a slip here and there. As long as I get back up and dust myself off again.... I need to just relax!!

The other picture was taken last week with a friend of mine....

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Wow. I love all of your pics. Their are some in your album that are just incredible! You can see that you are still you, which is great. Your before pics, you are there, just waiting for your time to shine and I think that is wonderful how you have emerged and changed, yet your face is still familiar...does that make sense? It is a good thing! You really are an inspiring woman, and you have done an amazing job with yourself. I dont think you will ever forget where you have come from and the road that brought you to where you are today, and that will carry you through good times and not so good times, because it has made you stronger. Heaviest Weight: Almost 450lbs or so the doctors estimated. I quit stepping on the scale after 427 so I use the 427 as my starting point

Thank you all so much. Sometimes I'm so hard on myself...and finding pictures like these helps tremendously!!! I've been out of the gym (except for 1 rumba class) since the beginning of Feb due to my fall and my weight has been a struggle. These pics really help put things into perspective.

Going...if I even inspired you in the slightest way, I'm honored.
