Hello all... This is my most recent pic...I do yoga twice a week, regular meditation with visualization, I play sports, and I drink a product called Shakeology, which a friend recommended after I developed a crippling food aversion from an ulcer and I couldn't bring myself to drink another protein shake..,.you can find me on Facebook as Dana Marie Cain. Just let me know you're from Renewed Reflections when you send the request I have lots of good links on staying healthy and if you are new to the life and have any questions I do my best to help as much as I can...

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

http://myshakeology.com/esuite/home/danacain Here is the link to learn about Shakeology...protein shakes are an absolute essential and this is by far the best I've ever encountered. I am on my 3 month and feel so incredible I have decided to work for the company. But I am not shilling; I don't do this for the money I do it because the product is so incredible that it MUST be shared with the world. And I am not getting paid to say any of this...lol

Congrats, you're looking great!!!

I've checked out the link, and I can't find the info of the exact ingredieints and the amount per serving, where are they listed?
Also, which protein, whey or soy? There are a few people on board, who are allergic to either whey or soy, or even both.

Also, I hope your pouch to is able to accept solid foods after the ulcer healed, and you are eating solid foods, and the shakes are only supplementation, not your main staple. If you deprive your body of working to absorb and metabolise nutrition from solid foods, in the long run, it may eventually lose the ability to digest, absorb and metabolise solid foods, which in turn may lead to unexpected deficiencies. You are more than two years out, so by theory, you should be able to get in all your nutrients from solid foods at this stage, and don't need any supplementation (unless you are into body building) save for the vitamins and minerals, which you will need for the rest of your life.

I will most definitely get the link to the ingredients list and post it...I'm still new to the company so I'm still learning the ropes but I can get the answer to any questions....

It is made from whey but it is gluten free and certifies as low on the glycemic index. As for solid food, I eat completely normally now; in fact, I have a totally normal appetite again and my ulcer is completely healed. I use Shakeology because it's way more than a protein shake; it has replaced all my other supplements and it's like having a chocolate shake for breakfast. It's really amazing and I was at the point when my friend sent me a sample two months ago of being unable to even consider drinking another protein shake. They made me gag to even think of them. I'm not kidding; Shakeology helped me like food again because the nutrients in it are so easily digestible and it tasted so good that I was able to come back right away from severe anemia and an inability to enjoy eating at all to eating pretty much whatever I want without any pain or gagging.

Six months ago I nearly died. Twice. I walked up to Death's Door, opened it, looked around and said, "Nah, I think I'll pass." And in that moment I became absolutely determined to never die. There is nothing on the Other Side and I don't mean there is no God because there most certainly is. I mean that I have seen the TRUE DEATH and it is utter destruction. Oblivion. Total Extinction.

I don't want that. Not even a little. I want to live and to live I have to be healthy.

And Shakeology is a big part of that for me. Shakeology caters to my need for something decadent and a little naughty but yet gives me everything I need to be perfectly healthy and I don't have to spend hours searching out supplements and vitamins because Shakeology has it all.

I have been set free from the tyranny of food; I have something that is so nutritious I no longer have to wonder if I am getting enough of what I need because I know that I am.

I can see the results in my hair, skin, nails, energy levels, attitude, coordination, and sex drive. Not even in my 20's did I look or feel this good. And when I talk about my sex drive, I mean I have discovered that there is more than one type of orgasm. There are like 5.

I am flexible and strong; I haven't met a yoga pose I cannot master; I look forward to meeting it so I can triumph over it; My skin is like silk. I sleep deeply every night and I wake completely refreshed.

I haven't just gotten younger; I have been reborn.

There are people on my Facebook who can testify that I look as good in person as I do in my profile picture; I am absolutely stunning now. I make men watch me as I walk by and I get whatever I want. In Vegas a man stopped watching the half naked cocktail waitress dancing on the table right in front of him to watch me walk by. I am old enough to be that young woman's mother, btw....Boys nearly broke their necks to get a peek at me as I walked through the pool area.

I am treated well by everyone and my reputation is without blemish. Nothing touches me without my consent and I am completely free of sickness and pain.

I don't tell you this for vanity reasons I tell you this because it's inspiration.

Good health is worth ANY price, and those of us who have gone through the rigors of surgery know this, and this is something that is so good I'd be wrong not to talk about it and share it with people who need it the most...
