Yes it is a big difference. I didn't realize how much I lost until I went for my drivers license. I kept the old one and it certainly is amazing. Don't even worry about your weight loss, I am positive you will reach your goal . It sure is an amazing journey. I was 67 when I had it done and wish I would have done it sooner.

Thanks, and at one time I heard this and it has stuck with me...................."Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels" ; ( so true)....whenever I have the urge to eat something I know is not protein and high in calories, this quote comes to mind and keeps me on track. I finally feel like a human being. Children and adults used to stare at me because of how huge I was. At 5'2" and 309 pounds I looked like a ball with feet..... I have found out that most food you crave, doesn't taste good enough to eat. LOL. Have a good day and keep up the good work.

We are close in starting weight and goal weight. I am 160 now, which is the goal my Dr. said was where I would level off and I am thrilled. The only thing is I love to shop for clothes now. I could never wear bright colors and from the picture on my thread, I have on a pale lime size 12 jeans and a medium stretch shirt in bright colors and it makes me feel so good. I look in the mirror and can't believe it's me. Some of the clothes I gave away were 4X. I held them up and almost cried that I was so heavy.Now, my friend say look at skinny Minnie. Feels so good.
