Here are a few pictures of me at goal in the shirt and pants then 8 pounds below goal in the swimsuit at the beach last week. It is an amazing feeling to finally accept yourself and be happy with where you are in life. I have also included a before picture for comparison.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
