Hi Everyone....I went to the Chiropractor the other day. I have know this Dr for close to 10 years. He is my age and a nice man. My back and neck always seem to hurt worse when the weather starts changing....anywho - We were talking and he tells me I have been doing really good with my weight loss and seem to be maintaining well and that some people have a problem with maintaining their weight loss. I said that I still have not met my goal and want to loss and that I want to lose about 20 more pound ( it is a little more than 20…but I said 20 ) He stopped and gave me a funny looked and said "oh no…if you lost 20 more pounds you would look like a rail" LOL ha ha ha I thought that was so funny. Even now people can surprise you about your weight loss….

How nice. You have done well. I bet you look great where you are. Have you had any rebound weight gain? I did have a few pounds but not many and I have got them off. Hang in there it can still be done even 3 years out. lol
