I've been going through a lot of personal junk right now... please forgive me. I'm going to attempt to post these myself. If I screw up, I'm sorry, I read Doc's directions but I'm just not that computer savy and last time Deb was kind enough to help me out. These aren't the best pictures, but they are all I have right now. A little update... i'm 9 months and 2 weeks out. I'm down to 163 pounds to date and I've lost a total of 164 pounds.   These are my before pictures...
