Hey everyone! Im 6 months post op and feeling great, i dont post on here much but u all give me inspiration to keep going. I have had 2 stalls that lasted between 2 weeks -1 month. On my surgery day (July 8th) I weighed in at 291. As of January 8th I weigh 204. I really feel great and cant wait to get in the 100s. I havent been under 200 since i was a young teen. anyways enough of my blabbering, heres some pics.
