and my Lisa fr1endly2.... thanks so much for all of your support and information, you are such an inspiration, and pretty much the glue that holds most of us on this board together, you always are there to ask something, or to help or give valuable info, and I love love love your new haircut! Fits you perfectly!! you look soooo pretty in your new avatar! i got those jeans from my friend who recently gained a bunch of weight, and i gave her my old clothes and she did the same.. my hubby bought me the shirt i have on in the pic about a month and a half ago, and I finally fit in it! I suprised him by having it on when he came home from work yesterday! and the jeans are a 14 woot woot!!!!
anyway, what you guys dont see in the newest pic is my black eye! LOL... i shut my head in the car door yesterday in the Best Buy parking lot! just as a couple where walking by my car! My husband and I were messing around, and I didnt realize that the door wasnt all the way open when I started to sit down, and it slammed on the left side of my head, and it hit me so hard, I knocked the right side of my head, right beside my eye on the car, it swelled immediately! and today it was black! Im such a clutz!!! hahaha oh well...

Phyllis, you are the gal. Hear you ROAR!  You look simply amazing. The detox thing is very very helpful. I am doing that right now. It isn't easy at times, just like when I used to diet in the old days, but the feeling of accomplishment at the end of the day is enough to keep me going into the next day. I still get those nasty cravings, but to be honest, they are not as intense as they used to be. HONEST! I feel with the detox thing by my side, I can lick anything now. I feel more in control say, than I did even one week ago. I AM HIGH! I LOVE IT! Well, not literally, to clarify.  Keep up the great job.

Repete07, sorry to hear about your feasco at Best Buy. I hope it's not to bad. Well what ever you did to cover it up, you can't tell. I'm so happy about your wls journey, it looks like things are right on track for you. It's a great feeling not be in the minority so to speak any more  . I got into a size 14 myself this weekend, what a feeling. I'm happy for both of us .
