Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  ChuppyGirl: 15 months post-op Pictures!!! Hello everyone  It has been a while since I have updated the forum with my latest achievements. Last time was on my anniversary. I have lost so far 64kg (~140lbs), I'm on south beach diet and I workout 2-4 hours/day (+/-5 times a week). I'm very thrilled with what I've accomplished! I dropped sizes from 32/30 to 14/16. I cannot wait to drop until I weigh 82kgs as my plastic surgeon wants me to reach, then the rest of the job will be on his knife! I'm not really sure if I'll do it on the short term! as DocSanae recommended that I should maintain that weight for 8 months then go for it! I know it'll be a big challenge! Till that time comes who knows what will happen! Here are my pictures taken 30 min's ago!
